The Shoppes At Victory
Village is an exciting mixed-use project incorporating
approximately 19,000 square feet of retail and 15 residential
apartments. It is located in the historic town of Perth
Amboy situated alongside Route 35(Convery Boulevard),
1 block from Raritan Bay Medical Center and 2 blocks
from the Victory Bridge. Perth Amboy has been experiencing

of life. We have designed the façade to give
the building a "village" look
and feel and have incorporated some of Perth Amboy's
historic architectural features. This project will be opening in late summer of 2008.
