Mike Giacopelli President mike@mayrichdevelopment.com Mr. Giacopelli co-founded Mayrich Development LLC. in January of 2006.  Mr. Giacopelli has over 10 years experience in Construction Management as well as Commercial, Industrial and Residential Development.  As an executive with Preferred Freezer Services, the 5th largest Cold Storage facility in the United States and 7th in the world, he was responsible for establishing and sustaining lender relationships as well as debt funding for many projects.  He is well versed in feasibility analysis, local, state and federal permitting as well as architectural and engineering design.  He is a graduate of Villanova University. Dwayne Rivera Vice-President dwayne@mayrichdevelopment.com Mr. Rivera, co-founded Mayrich Development, LLC. in January of 2006.  Mr. Rivera has over ten years experience in the Construction Management/ Foundation and Excavation industry and is responsible for the day to day field operations of Mayrich Development. Prior thereto, he spent many years as an executive with Preferred Freezer Services and was responsible for New Project Development and Construction Operations. Preferred Freezer Services is  the 5th largest Cold Storage facility in the United States and 7th largest in the world.  He is also currently licensed by the New Jersey Real Estate Association.  He is a graduate of Fordham University.
